Daissy and Dylan's 2022 rainy October wedding was giving ALL the dramatic, moody fall vibes, and I'm so here for it! I had the pleasure of photographing Daissy and Dylan's engagement session and was so happy to reunite with the couple for their big day.
In true October fashion, a bit of rain rolled in as the wedding day festivities were underway. Thankfully, rain is supposed to be good luck for weddings, and this crew brought their own sunshine. Daissy was a gorgeous fall bride in her Bliss Bridal gown with hair and makeup by Bride Guide Pros. I love how the couple incorporated rich shades of green and red into the bridal party's outfits and the Blooming Fabulous Flower Shop florals to play up the fall theme. I was also a HUGE fan of how they not only did first looks with Daissy and her family, but with Dylan and his family as well. Grooms deserve their moment, too!
The ceremony was held at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Parish, a beautiful church in Foley. After tying the knot in a traditional Catholic ceremony, Daissy, Dylan, and all their loved ones headed to The Venue at Hidden Lake in Silverhill. One of my favorite touches was the epic balloon arch, courtesy of Balloons by Denia. And how gorgeous were those sweet treats from Gourmet Goodies?
Daissy and Dylan's first dance was a top highlight of their wedding—who knew Dylan had such good moves?! Let me tell you, this wedding knew how to bring the party. Everyone had a ball dancing the night away with tunes by DJ Guillermo. I had a blast capturing all of the fun moments from the night, and I can't thank Daissy and Dylan enough for trusting me to document their wedding.
