Gabby + Josh | Summit Bechtel Mountain Wedding | West Virginia Wedding Photographer

Mountain wedding | West Virginia wedding photographer

I recently traveled to Glen Jean, West Virginia to photograph Gabby and Josh's mountain wedding, and it was an unforgettable experience. I'm still not over how beautiful the entire day was, from the venue to the flowers and, of course, the bride and groom.

Gabby and Josh married at Summit Bechtel Reserve, a stunning outdoor area in the rolling West Virginia mountains. From where they tied the knot, you could see miles of forests and rivers. 😍 Gabby was a vision in white with hair by Maddie Stewart and makeup by Rachael Rinehart. Her dreamy bouquet and the other florals were provided by Blossoms and Buds, who did a fantastic job. Josh looked very dapper in his suit, and the two made a picture-perfect couple.

This was also a special day for me to document because Gabby is my cousin!! So I got to see a lot of my family there as well (shoutout to cousin Mandy for keeping me hydrated 🤣) and of course I cried even more than usual 🥹. Gabby's first looks with her dad and grandpa were absolutely adorable and tear-inducing. And I mean, ain't nobody got dance moves like my cousins!

James Stewart of Eye Lens Videography captured some amazing videos of the big day and there was an adorable photo booth/trailer courtesy of Jeans Traveling Jewel. A2 Tent Rentals kept us in the shade during the ceremony, and the reception space was immaculate with the help of some tableware from A to Z Rentals Special Events.

DJ Murph Entertainment kept the mood fun and lighthearted as everyone celebrated the new Mr. and Mrs., and Lil' Bit of Heaven Cupcakes provided some tasty sweet treats. (I mean, peep all nineteen cakes on the guests' tables!!!) One of my favorite touches was the cigar roller, courtesy of To' Makao Fine Cigars.

I'm so grateful I got to document Gabby and Josh's wedding, and I hope you love their photo highlights as much as I loved taking them!
