what to expect


Fun. Stress-Free. Natural. Emotional. I am incredibly organized and will put together a timeline and shot list to help guide us through the day, but that's not all you are to me, nor is that what your wedding day should be about. I am there to document one of the best days of your life, and I'm there to help you have fun doing it. You will be more comfortable in front of my lens, and your images will have the natural, more authentic feel of true keepsakes.


With over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, I am familiar with many different types of situations and I am happy to send you full galleries of past weddings so you can see a full spectrum of my work. I always aim to be both kind and professional when addressing any of my Client's needs, and I’m committed to providing timely responses to any of your questions before and after the ceremony. All hallmarks of a seasoned professional, and all assurances that this experience will be as fun and stress-free as it should be.

your investment

I am an all-inclusive photographer, which means that my pricing includes not only my time, experience, and artistry, but also all edited images from your day, delivered in a downloadable digital gallery. I'll also provide a flash drive of the images with a print release. You can expect 40+ images for every hour of coverage you book with me.


Bundled collections not only include Wedding Day Coverage, but also an Engagement Session and Heirloom Wedding Album, but if you don't want or need those, then you can swap for more wedding day coverage, or build your own custom collection using the a la carte pricing.

choosing your coverage



getting ready

This includes photos of your dress, shoes, flowers, rings, stationary, jewelry, keepsakes, etc., along with candids of you and your wedding party getting ready, bride and groom getting into their dress/tux, etc.

You'll want 1-2 hours for this.

pre-ceremony portraits

This includes bridal portraits, portraits of the bride and bridesmaids, groom portraits, and portraits with the groom and groomsmen. If you are doing a First Look, we'll also do Family and Full Wedding Party Portraits beforehand.

You'll want 1-2 hours for this.



 This includes ceremony and venue details, candids of guests arriving, and ceremony coverage.

You'll want 1 hour for this.

(Unless you are having full mass then you'll want more.)

post-ceremony portraits

Any photos of the family and wedding party we couldn't get before the ceremony, then of course Newlywed Portraits.

You'll want 1 hour for this.


This includes reception details, candids of guest, group/table shots, and any reception traditions you want covered: first dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, and the send-off.

You'll want 1-4 hours for this.

Most people book 6-8 hours to get a little bit of everything.



Not sure if you want/need an engagement session? Well no pressure, but I HIGHLY recommend them. Not only do they give you some really cute pics to use for your announcements, Save the Dates, and to use as decor for your wedding day, but it will give us a great chance to get to know each other better before the big day, and it gives me a chance to learn your angles and what poses work best for you.

Don't live local? I'm happy to travel.

Feel awkward? This is a great way to break the ice before your wedding day.

Want to bring your dog? Yes please.

Need a cute idea for your Wedding Guest Book? I also design custom Engagement Session Books with thick, lay-flat pages that your guests can sign.

Don't let your story (or this day you have planned for months - or maybe years) become digital dust on a hard drive. Make your favorite moments tangible heirlooms that can be passed down for generations to come. 

Your gallery will have an assortment of high quality print and product options for you to choose from, but I highly recommend letting me design an Heirloom Wedding Album for you that will tell the entire story of your day, from getting ready to send-off.

These hard cover books have your choice of linen or leather bindings, with thick, archival, lay-flat pages. I include your favorite images from each part of the day, and it is enclosed in a handmade wooden keepsake box (with your names and wedding date engraved on the front) that also holds a custom flash drive of all of your edited images.


how to book




To reserve your date and my services just shoot me a message, then I'll either set up a phone or in-person meeting to get the rest of your details. Once we have your date, location, and coverage options nailed down, I'll send you a photo agreement to e-sign, then it's a 30% retainer to reserve your date.



Upon Booking: I send you a questionnaire so I can gather more details about your day and put together your timeline and shot list.


4-6 Weeks Before Your Wedding: We confirm your timeline and shot list (including the family photos you want to  make sure I get), and your final payment is due.


The Week of Your Wedding: I will check in and confirm all the details for the big day!


Your Wedding Day: I follow your timeline as your day unfolds. You get married!!


1 Week After Your Wedding: Sneak peek images are posted to Facebook and Instagram. Jessi continues editing until…


8-12 Weeks After Your Wedding: Edited images are delivered via email in an online gallery and your album design begins! Albums and Keepsake Boxes are typically delivered 6-8 weeks after final approval.


 Why should we hire you for our big day?

I take care of all of my clients like they are family. I have over 10 years of experience and can help with anything that might come up on your day. I will be your hype girl, help de-stress any situation, and make you feel comfortable and beautiful in front of my lens.


Do you offer videography?

I don't offer it through my company, but I have worked with many different videographers and we always collaborate well and plan our shots out so we aren’t getting in each others way! I have several I can recommend if you're looking for someone!

Are you lgbtq+ friendly?

Yes! I'm here to document love stories, so if you've got one of those then I'm here for it.

Do you edit all our photos?

Every image that you receive has been individually edited by me. I never send my images off to be bulk edited by some other company. I want to make sure every shot is consistent with the quality of work I expect from myself.


Where do you live & how far will you travel? 

I live on the Gulf Coast in Southern Alabama but also offer services in the Chattanooga area (moving there soon!) I’m always up for a new adventure so if you have a destination in mind just let me know and we’ll see what we can do!
