If you need some rainy fall outdoor wedding inspiration, you've come to the right place! Kelly and Abe's September nuptials in Silverhill, Alabama started with rain but ended with a rainbow, and the whole day was beautiful.
First things first, can we talk about how gorgeous of a bride Kelly was?! With hair by Mariah Ripp and makeup by Amber Champagne with Glazedsprayco Beauty & Tans, she was absolutely glowing even on a rainy September day. The wedding was held at The Venue at Whiskey Ridge, a stunning destination in Silverhill. Together, Kelly and Abe make the sweetest pair, and I love how adoringly they look at each other.
If you read my blog about Angela and Ricky's outdoor backyard wedding, you know I always keep clear umbrellas on hand for rainy day sessions. I got to break one out again and scored some pretty adorable rainy bride and groom portraits if I do say so myself. As the evening progressed, the rain finally let up and revealed the most beautiful sunset and rainbow!
DJ David Jones kept the party going all night with some awesome tunes, and everyone had an amazing time dancing, laughing, and making memories. The catering from Gourmet Goodies was a big hit, too! I'm so grateful that Kelly and Abe chose me to document their special day. I hope you love their photos as much as I loved taking them!
